Born and raised in Sapporo with his favorite Sapporo Ramen. Soon after finishing high school, he started to pursue a career as a French cuisine chef in several cities in Japan, Canada, Hong Kong, France, Germany, and The Netherlands, where he worked as a master chef in several restaurants. He opened this restaurant "SORA" in order to introduce the original taste of Sapporo Ramen. Please, come and enjoy the authentic Ramen made with noodles and ingredients from Sapporo with the essence of French cuisine.

What is Ramen?
Ramen is a noodle soup dish which was originally invented in China and introduced to Japan in the 18th century. Since then it has been developed further as one of the most popular Japanese foods. In recent years, “Ramen” is booming in the world, such as the U.S.A., London, Paris and now expanding to the whole Europe.

Sapporo Ramen is one of the most popular Ramens in Japan.
Our Ramen noodle
We import the Ramen noodle directly from "Nishiyama Seimen" in Sapporo, Japan.
“Nishiyama Seimen” is the greatest Ramen noodle manufacturer in Sapporo, and they still keep developing their noodle along with Sapporo Ramen.
Seasonings of our Ramen soup
A traditional Japanese seasoning made from fermented soybeans, salt, fungus Aspergillus oryzae (known in Japanese as Koji), sometimes rice, barley and other ingredients. Today, Miso is widely used in Japan both in traditional and modern cooking and has been drawing attentions worldwide.
Shoyu (Soy Sauce)
The most important and fundamental seasoning for Japanese food and widely used in Japan and in the world. Soy sauce is a condiment made from fermented paste of boiled soybeans, roasted grain, brine, and Aspergillus oryzae (Koji).
We use salt harvested from the deep sea near Shiretoko Peninsula that is nominated as UNESCO World Heritage.
